Robinhood Dahlia Tuber

$15.00Price

Robinhood is a warm, glowing decorative dahlia whose coral‑rose petals deepen into dusty rose and smoky pink as the bloom matures, mirroring the shifting tones of a mature pink salmon (humpy). Its bright, almost apricot‑lit highlights — especially in strong sun — resemble the luminous gill‑plate reflections seen on mature pink salmon, while shaded blooms settle into the deeper, warm‑pink flanks characteristic of the species. As a Maturation Shifter, Robinhood’s color changes are driven by bloom age rather than temperature, with early flowers showing clearer coral‑rose and later blooms developing richer, more complex pinks. This combination of warm depth and bright reflectance makes Robinhood a natural fit for the Mature Pink zone, with a secondary nod to Zone 1 for its highlight behavior. Strong stems and reliable production make it a versatile, season‑long performer in both garden and vase.
